Bug#1051305: Request to Add 'loong64' to java-common's debian/java_defaults.mk

Hi all,

I am very sorry for not replying in time.

I'm a member of loongson jdk. loong64 jdk related work will be followed 
by us (Loongson jdk team).

For the java-common package, we will incorporate your comments and make 
changes to it.
