Thanks a lot for the explanation. This makes sense and now I am able to
understand the build failure. By following your advice I could build
libsis-jhdf5-java again.

I guess it is thus more sensible to reassign the current bug to the
latter. I will try to build the other rdeps of libeclipse-jdt-core-java
to see if things are OK with them (already done for scilab + some other
ones you uploaded).
