Bug#933032: Add Salsa-CI integration

Status: The MR https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/mariadb-connector-java/-/merge_requests/1
was merged 4 years ago but the project
https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/mariadb-connector-java does not
have pipelines enabled, and thus the Salsa-CI hasn't been running.

I did confirm by running the CI at
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-connector-java/-/pipelines
that it works, so there is no technical reason not to have CI enabled
in the repository.
