Bug#1082844: libhibernate-validator-java: Drop javafx support

Please drop the openjfx dependency. There is only one class that needs it, which is only loaded conditionally.
Nothing in Debian depends on that class, so it is safe to drop it. I am trying to get openjfx out of the key
package set and this package is one of its last two key packages depending on it in.
