Bug#1122267: dnsjava: FTBFS with lombok version other than 1.18.34

The upstream pom declares a dependency on lombok both as a plugins
configuration and as a direct library dependency.  It appears that
plugins configuration is not rewritten by debian/maven.rules and so the
build fails with versions of lombok other than the version specified by
upstream.  This was conveniently version 1.8.34, which matched the
version in Debian until the introduction of a newer lombok version on
2025-12-09.
