Bug#1095246: maven-resolver breaks tools-deps-clojure autopkgtest

I'm fairly certain this is a (new) known issue.  I'll plan to look in to
it soon.

I'm not sure whether the addition might actually belong in some earlier
dependency, or if it's always supposed to be "opt in", but we can at
least fix it in tools-deps-clojure for now.
