I don't think there ever was an rdep to dnssecjava. I packaged this
as an effort to get dependencies for Jitsi Desktop into Debian, but 
ultimately this was a futile attempt (lack of time, no more
development on Jitsi Desktop).

My suggestion is to simply remove dnssecjava entirely. More on dnsjava
in #1093673.
