Oh, no need to apologize!   The package had been removed from testing
for several months.  Yes, I will work on getting 3.6.1 built and
uploaded.

Based on Ingo's comments, I'm not sure whether this is needed.  Since 
there are no r-deps or build r-deps for libdnssecjava-java, it sounds
like we can drop it.
