Apache's imaging library commons-imaging (see RFP #1020916 [1]) 
build-depends on Animal Sniffer version 1.24 and Maven Surefire version 
3.0.0 (see #1099349 [2]) build-depends on Animal Sniffer version 1.23. So 
could you please consider to update this package.
