Dear Maintainer,

CDBS is an obsolete and unmaintained build system
that is slowly being sunset

One intermediate goal is to first remove
  /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/ant.mk
which provide Java support.

As one can see there with Debian Code Search,
there are only a few remaining users left:
