The upload of plexus-resources 1.3.0 [1] included API changes that are
breaking for xml-maven-plugin [2].

I am currently looking into updating xml-maven-plugin to 1.1.0 +
(patches yet TBD) to address this, which, will hopefully be simpler than
backporting the API changes to plexus-resources.

As a last resort, we could revert plexus-resources to some
1.3.0really1.1.0 version, but I'd like to avoid that.
