Is it reproducible in your build environment?  Or that the build system
is resource constrained?  Based on the build logs, I'm tempted to say
that it's an issue with Gradle, but I can't isolate the issue from the
build logs.

I also can't reproduce this build failure in 20 consecutive attempts.
For that reason, I am going to downgrade the severity to important.

If you can provide access to a build system where the build fails, I
will continue to triage.
