Dear Maintainer,

thank you for maintaining this helpful package.

Due to recently changes (verification of recipient) versions lower than 
2.12.0 are actually unusable, therefore I'd like to kindly ask to 
backport 2.12.0+dfsg-1.
Maybe this would even justify an upload to pu?
