Bug#1120895: groovycsv: compileTestGroovy fails with NPE when built using libspock-java 1.0

This bug is follow-on to #1120229 so that FTBFS bug can be addressed by
(temporarily) disabling tests.

The tests for this package built correctly for the version of spock in
trixie, but not for version 1.0 in forky and sid [1].
