Bug#1107520: libhtml5parser-java: Update to a more recent version? (#1107520)

Hi Fab,

thanks for working on libhtml5parser-java. I have approved the merge request
and I can upload the package after I have reviewed it more closely. We should
use the opportunity and change the version number though. The current upstream
version in Debian is 1.3 because that one was the only one compatible with
Netbeans back then. Haven't they already released 1.5 years ago? Where did you
get the new version from? I guess we need to update the watch file as well?
