Bug#1091780: antlr3: uses orphaned cdbs

Hi,

antlr3 is now the very last user of maven.mk

To get a bit further with this I vendored maven.mk here
and will remove it from maven-debian-helper after this successfully build.

This will also helps clear up a bit the  /usr/share/cdbs/1/ namespace.
