Bug#1115228: openjdk-8: FTBFS with glibc 2.42 due to conflict with the newly added uabs function

Dear Maintainers,

 OpenJDK upstream forces C standard compliance for -17[1] and -21[2],
so those are not affected. OpenJDK 11[3] change is being backported. I
believe unless OpenJDK upstream does not force C standard for -8, we
can apply the same fix here.
