Hi,

The file native/LICENSE.bin.win mentions:
   "Copyright (c) 1998-2024 The OpenSSL Project.  All rights reserved."
which should be reflected in the debian/copyright file also.

Normally this would block acceptance, but since this package is already in
Debian I just ask you to please fix this in your next upload.
