I plan to follow the usual ITS process timeline and wait up to 21 days
for your response, so I can take your perspective into account before
proceeding.

If you do not agree with this change, please feel free to tag the bug as
wontfix or remove it.

If I do not hear back within this period, I intend to proceed with an
upload to delayed=10.
