Bug#1144138: Should activemq be removed?

I suggest to remove activemq package from Debian unstable and stable releases.

The package is currently not actively maintained, with the last update
occurring over a year ago. Furthermore, activemq is not present in the
testing distribution due to security issues (RC buggy). Given the lack
of commitment to maintaining this package and the outstanding security
vulnerabilities, it is advisable to remove it from the archive.

There is one reverse dependency of activemq in the archive, uima-as,
which is last updated in November 2024.
