Please note that the message is no longer a warning, but an error
(SEVERE). This also happens on today's sid with tomcat11 11.0.24-1 and
tomcat-native ibtcnative-2:amd64 2.0.14-1:

    31-Aug-2026 17:20:24.672 SEVERE [main]
    org.apache.catalina.core.AprLifecycleListener.init An incompatible
    version [2.0.14] of the Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while
    Tomcat requires at least version [2.0.15]

tomcat11 terminates the APR since the version is not supported:

This bug is currently assigned to libtcnative-1 (so not applies for
sid).  I guess it could be reassigned to src:tomcat-native, since it
requires an upstream update on the different releases. Does that make
sense?
