Dear maintainer(s) of bitsnpicas,

the recent -3 upload fixed most reproducibility issues related to the 
timestamps embedded in the generated font files. However it has not 
fixed the issues related to the fact that the time calculations for the 
TrueType epoch are not properly done (i.e., always using UTC as a 
reference).
