Bug#1143123: Please update jflex and maven-jflex-plugin

Dear maintainer,

I've been working on packaging the latest version of jolokia (2.6.0) in 
Debian, as a transitive dependency of openvox-server.

Unfortunately, the new jolokia-json artifact fails to compile with jflex 
1.6.1, but it does work with 1.8.2 which exists in experimental.

I noticed the TODO in the jflex source package mentions several 
reverse-deps that would be broken with a newer version, as the reason 
it's not yet uploaded to unstable. I can at least confirm that of those, 
qdox, which has a significant popcon value, still doesn't compile with 
jflex 1.8.2.

Given the situation, would it make sense to introduce a jflex1.9 source 
package? I noticed that one could probably build both binary packages 
(lib and maven plugin) from the same source, hosted at 
https://github.com/jflex-de/jflex
