Bug#1132400: please rename java-binary-block-parser repo to jbbp

Hi Java team project owners,

the jbbp package has conflictingt Vcs-fields 

  Vcs-Git: https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/java-binary-block-parser.git
  Vcs-Browser: https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/jbbp

which is reported in bug #1132400.  I agree with the bug reporter that
the repository name should match the source package name.  Can you
please rename the repository (or alternatively bump my role to owner so
I can do this myself)?

I'd volunteer to fix the Vcs fields and close the bug.
