Bug#1038204: tomcat10 complains about old Apache Tomcat Native library

I'm seeing a similar issue with:

[2026-05-14 22:21:41] [crit] An incompatible version [1.3.1] of the
Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while Tomcat requires at
least version [1.3.4] of Tomcat Native 1.x

ii  libtcnative-1:amd64                     1.3.1-1+b1
             amd64        Tomcat native library using the Apache
Portable Runtime

This is the package from Trixie.
https://packages.debian.org/trixie/libtcnative-1

However, you can install libtcnative-1 (1.3.7-1) from Forky.
https://packages.debian.org/forky/libtcnative-1

I suggest this be added to trixie-backports.
