The fix is ready, but it needs a DD to merge it: master is protected and I
am not a Maintainer of the repo.

Could a DD merge it? I will upload 3.29.0+ds-3 as DM right after.

Cause: in an arch-only build Maven runs without the POM rules, so it asks
for the enforcer plugin. The MR runs Maven only in the indep build.
