   * Resolve the dependencies of every binary package: the POM files assigned to
     another package with the --package option in the .poms file now feed the
     ${maven:Depends} variables of that package (Closes: #748059)
   * Use the version installed instead of the generic version of a Maven rule
     (2.x) in the versioned dependencies generated
   * A dependency required by one module and optional in another one is no longer
     listed in both ${maven:Depends} and ${maven:OptionalDepends}
     (Closes: #884182)
