      [fix bug 2487737] Dom.getDocumentHeight/Width (and probably Dom.getViewportHeight/Width) throwing null value JS errors in Safari 3.2. Checking in a trivial JS fix since Matt's out this week. Code was setting up a load time reference to document.body - which could be null if scripts are loaded in HEAD, before BODY is present. Changed code which was using the body reference to use document.body instead
