Luke Smith (3):
      IE8 patch.  Had to remove { and } from addRule css string.  Ignored in IE6,7.  IE8 creates an empty rule.
      Added note in source comments about IE8 addRule requirement
      Trying this again.  update for IE8's requirement that addRule css string NOT be wrapped in { and }.
