      Opera change: Removed Opera's invocation of Module.forceDocumentRedraw on show which was added for 2.7.0. It doesn't help with all redraw problems, and potentially slows down show for the majority of use cases where it's not required. The forceDocumentRedraw method is left in so users can invoke it if it helps with their use case
