Satyen Desai (4):
      Removing yui-overlay-positioned and yui-overlay-iframe-positioned marker class names. No risk change. These classes were added in 2.8.0 (no backward compat impact), are not used in the library/examples (no downstream impact) and the feature was not end-user requested. The classes were added as a convenience for developers who may want to apply margins to overlays as an offset positioning technique. The technique can still be applied using the Overlay API. The act of removing/adding these classes before/after a Dom.setXY, was causing position shifts in IE6, in edge use cases (see menu example mentioned in the bug report) even though no styles were applied using the classes. Can re-evaluate after finding root issue in IE6. Fixes #2528397
      API Doc fix. Removed extra code tag. No code changes. No min files modified.
      Fixed _getLastVisible to return a 0 based index in all cases, instead of the 1 based index it was returning for all but the last page. The lastVisible attribute is new to 2.8, and was used internally in 2 places - updatePagination() and _loadItems(). updatePagination() has been updated to expect the 0 based index. This was where the bug was most prominent, and showed incorrect item numbers in the pagination UI. _loadItems() uses the value in the newly added backward-scrolling use case, and appears to already expect a 0 based index. In testing, I found bugs with the backward scrolling implementation which are present with and without the fix. Hence checking it in, to fix the more prominent case. The _loadItems() fragility for backwards scrolling needs to be addressed independantly of this change, and is probably beyond the scope of 2.8. Fixes bz 3017103
