Several copyright related problems (with no claim of
completeness:

* One can't simply include LGPL code and distribute the result
  under MIT
* The BSD license has not many restrictions, but you have to
  include the original copyright statement, which is not the
  case here.
* It might be interesting what the author means by "Inspired by".
  Depending on the level of inspiration those sources need to be
  mentioned in debian/copyright, too
* Specs/Assets/Styles/Specs.css:
  "You can only use this stylesheet to run MooTools JSSpec Runner."
  Sounds non-free to me
* Specs/Assets/Scripts/JSSpec.js:
  Copyright 2007 Alan Kang, not mentioned in debian/copyright
