Hi,

I needed some functionality from YUI 2.8.0 at work today, so that I made a 
Debian package. Please have a look at 
http://github.com/thkoch2001/pkg-debian-yui2

I renamed everything from "yui" to "yui2" so that we can have a yui2 and yui3 
namespace in the future. I'm not sure whether you like it. If not please feel 
free to start again from commit af64662da952.

Changes that you might like to cherry pick in this case:
  * added a lintian-override
  * added README.Debian-source
  * Removed Suggests: php. No reason to favour PHP here.
  * Made dependency of libjs-yui2-doc on libjs-yui2 a recommends.
  * added libjs-yui2.dirs to make sure /usr/share/javascript/ exists
