[Pkg-javascript-devel] packaged YUI 2.8.0r4

I did the necessary changes myself to keep the name libjs-yui. Please look 
again at http://github.com/thkoch2001/pkg-debian-yui2
I override the master branch to make the renaming disappear from history.
