[Pkg-javascript-devel] khtmlib moved from JavaScript team to OpenStreetMap team

Hi,

Just in case someone is wondering: I recently started packaging khtmlib 
here at the JavaScript team, but was proposed to instead do it at the 
OpenStreetMap team, and I agree: Makes sense for me to package 
JavaScript libraries here which have no other obvious relationship, but 
I feel that it makes sense to favor interest groups teams over language 
teams when both exist.

I therefore moved khtmlib to the OSM team.
