[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#624374: Typo in package description

Hello,

I found a small typo in the package description of libv8-dev while translating it
via the DDTSS. A patch is included.

And you might want to change "Google Chrome" to "Google Chromium" in the package
description, to refer to the actual package in the Debian repository.
