Why do you think it needs to be removed from the source?

They certainly can trademark the name "node", but why do you think this
trademark requires you to add any ™ symbols anywhere?

Why?

No, in fact there should be no changes you need to make to the package as a
result of a trademark license because nothing we do in Debian packaging
infringes trademark.  You should ignore the license terms unless you're
doing something with the name *aside from* packaging that could infringe the
trademark.
