Yes, some regression tests fail on armel (on qemu armel, not real armv4t),
in v8 3.0.x branch, which is the one chromium 10 is bound to.
The same tests succeed in the 3.1 branch, but it's very slow to bisect,
and last time i asked, they wouldn't search a patch to backport to 3.0 branch.
I'll dig deeper, later.
