[Pkg-javascript-devel] New upload for underscore (@Jonas)

Hello everybody, hello Jonas :)

as you know I'm not proficient in CDBS, but I did a commit trying to implement
our shiny new policy: the package now builds libjs-underscore *AND*
node-underscore, each with appropriate dependencies and installing things in
the correct paths.

I don't know whether this is the "clean CDBS way", but it works :) -- I
haven't made an upload, if you think it's ok, please tell me and I'll do a
"team upload".
