[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#683963: mathjax: please compress binary package with xz

the mathjax binary package shrinks about 30% when compressing with xz 
instead if gzip.
I think this is a significant enough gain for a change.
as mathjax is not on any of the main cd's it probably does not warrants 
a freeze exception for wheezy, but it should be done for 2.0 in 
experimental.
