[Pkg-javascript-devel] wrong build-dependency on libnode-uglify

Hi David (and others),

I intend to drop the libnode-uglify package completely, which will cause 
FTBFS for the following packages:

mirror.js
reqwest

Both packages are are both maintained in this team and I have fixed the 
issue in git, but I will not upload as they use short-form dh which I am 
not experienced (nor interested) in handling.
