The location of archives on github has changed, and seems like githubredir
hasn't been fixed to deal with that yet.

I suggest you to use:

version=3
https://github.com/tuupola/jquery_lazyload/tags \
https://github.com/tuupola/jquery_lazyload/archive/(\d+.*)\.tar\.gz

Explained above: github changed layout, and githubredir hasn't been fixed yet.
And I haven't had time to contact Gunnar about it yet... *hint* ;)
