I'm afraid I'm not familiar with "vasks".
Do you mean the git repo? (I'm not yet member of the team, and have no
[commit] access to the git repos)

For now I've uploaded the package to mentors.debian.net [0] where you
can download it from.
Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:
 dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/j/jquery-lazyload/jquery-lazyload_1.7.0-1.dsc

Let me know what to do with the "vasks" thingy ;)
