* Packaging OpenERP using jquery-goodies packages, was causing 
javascript errors when calling jquery-tipsy, because it contains an 
outdated version
* Need to update jquery-goodies with latest jquery-tipsy version, to 
allow the proper packaging of OpenERP using the jquery-goodies package.
* jquery-tipsy doesnt' have version number, but the latest code can be 
get here: https://github.com/jaz303/tipsy/
