[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#663745: npm: NPM utility is broken after upgrade nodejs package to 0.6 version

NPM utility is broken after upgrade nodejs package to 0.6 version.

By incorporating NPM into the Node.js distribution since version 0.6.3, we
do not need to have to install independent npm package anymore.

BTW, it must re-build nodejs package with option to make it include npm
utility.
