In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * Fix FTBFS due to renaming of node -> nodejs:
    - d/p/2003_use_nodejs_build.patch: Patch Makefile to use 'nodejs'
      instead of 'node' command when executing tests.
