[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#704860: Please, consider renaming into libjs-jquery-flot

Hi,

As other libraries for jQuery do, please consider renaming libjs-flot
into libjs-jquery-flot and installing it into
/usr/share/javascript/jquery-flot.
