[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#705302: sipml5-web-phone: suggest (not depend on) non-http daemons

Seems to me that hosting this phone "web-app" on one server and running
SIP and ICE/TURN on another is not an unusual setup.

Therefore I believe it is more appropriate for this package to suggest
instead of recommend repro and resiprocate-turn-server.

Maybe your aim i a package that works fully out of the box.  If so, I
recommend to provide an _additional_ package for that, separate from the
package containing the actual http-served webapp.
