[Pkg-javascript-devel] Add jquery-slides to jquery-goodies

Hi all,
I submitted the ITP[#697234] for packaging jquery-slides[0] Project.
elbrus warned me about jquery-goodies source package. Then I want to add
this project into jquery-goodies.
My question is, What is the workflow that I need follow? Need I be part
of javascript maintainers? Or directly can clone the repository, work to
add the project and after that send the patch to this mailing list?
