Dear maintainer,

Can you get a more explicit statement of what the upstream author means by "MIT
License":

> Released to the public domain. In any regions where transfer the public
> domain is not possible the software is granted under the terms of the MIT
> License.

Also, the tarball appears to have an unreadable file:
   require-kernel-1.0.6\test\modules\root\spa
